Fitness Guru And Instagram Star Reveals She Does NO Cardio – And Says She’s Able To Control Her Body Fat Using Only Her Diet

If you hate cardio exercise, such as running or cycling, you can’t miss this fascinating post by Sophie Haslett on the Mail Online. In it, a gorgeous fitness guru and bikini model claims that she doesn’t do any cardio! She says she maintains her excellent body with diet and strength training.

Sophie Guidolin is a 27-year-old fitness guru and bikini model from Queensland. Given what fantastic shape she’s in, you’d imagine she spends hours doing strenuous cardio workouts.

But Ms Guidolin says she doesn’t do cardio exercise. She actually says she avoids it! Instead, she does a lot of strength training and even claims to eat however many calories she wants. She does work out three to four times each week, but only does strength training. Ms Guidolin first made headlines when she posted a picture of herself lifting a 30kg weight while she was heavily pregnant with twins in 2015.

Ms Guidolin, from Australia, reveals her amazingly honed figure in a split photo on Instagram, just a year after giving birth to twins:

“At the moment… I am training 3-4 days a week, mostly early mornings before the kids wake up,” she said.

“I am NOT doing any cardio (Don’t have time and nutrition controls my body fat),” she added.
